By downloading or using any of our apps (WordPop Blast, 1to50 Race), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the apps.
You're not allowed to copy or modify the apps, any part of the apps, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the apps, and you also shouldn't try to translate the apps into other languages or make derivative versions. The apps themselves, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to them, still belong to Süleyman Özdemirci.
Süleyman Özdemirci is committed to ensuring that the apps are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the apps or to charge for their services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the apps or their services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
WordPop Blast may offer in-app purchases such as premium features or ad removal. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
The apps use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:
Certain functions of the apps will require an active internet connection. Süleyman Özdemirci cannot take responsibility for the apps not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The apps are currently available on iOS. We may wish to update the apps at any time. Süleyman Özdemirci does not promise that the apps will always be updated to remain relevant to you and/or work with the iOS version installed on your device.
I may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
